Who is Pivot Alliance for?
Active duty service members within 12 months of separation, including those on or approaching terminal leave. Officers, enlisted, and warrant officers across all branches are welcome.
How much does it cost a service member?
Nothing. There is no charge to the candidate. Our work is funded by employer partners in our hiring network.
When should I start working with you?
The earlier the better. We can engage up to 12 months before your separation date. Most candidates start six months out so a role is confirmed before terminal leave.
What kinds of roles do you place into?
Operations, logistics, project management, security, technical roles, sales, and leadership positions. We focus on roles where military experience translates into immediate value.
Do I need to be near a major city?
No. Our employer network includes remote and on site roles across the country. Your location is one factor in matching, not a requirement.
How long does placement take?
From a complete intake to a first interview averages 21 days. Total time to offer depends on the role, but most candidates have an offer in hand before terminal leave begins.
