About Pivot Alliance

We move the conversation forward.

Pivot Alliance was built on a simple idea. The military builds capable, disciplined leaders. The civilian workforce needs them. The handoff between those two worlds should not be left to chance, and it should not happen the week after separation.

Mission

Place every
transitioning service
member with intent.

Six to twelve months before separation, every service member should know where they are going next.

Pivot Alliance exists to make that real. We work directly with active duty service members and a vetted network of employers to confirm offers before terminal leave begins. No guesswork. No paid resume mills. No handing someone a generic job board and calling it support.

We are not a staffing agency and we are not a recruiter. We are a hiring network purpose built to do one thing well, then stay engaged through the first year on the job.

What we believe

Three principles.
Held without compromise.

01

Speed

Terminal leave does not wait. Every step in our process is built to move within days, not months.

02

Honesty

We tell candidates and employers what they actually need to hear. No padded resumes. No oversold roles.

03

Service

Built by people who have served. We know what the transition feels like and what good support looks like.

Founder

Built from inside the transition.

Pivot Alliance was founded by Isaiah Shabazz, a service member who saw the same pattern repeat across his peers. Talented people, ready to lead in any environment, would separate into a job market that did not understand what they brought to the table. Months would pass. Savings would shrink. Roles that should have been a clear fit would slip away to candidates who simply knew the language.

Pivot Alliance was the answer. A network where the resume work, the introductions, and the timing are handled before terminal leave. A team that stays in the conversation through the first year on the job, because the transition does not end on day one.

From the founder

The country invests years into developing service members. The least we can do is make sure they land somewhere worth that investment.
